In the event of a claim…

• One of our claims team will provide immediate assistance and advice.
  
  
• We will notify the insurers on your behalf
  
  
• In all cases where a loss adjuster or claims inspector/investigator is appointed by your
  insurance company, a personal visit will be made by one of our specialist team.
  
  
• Qualified and approved tradesmen can be appointed to provide reinstatement or repair.
  We can also appoint a Chartered Quantity Surveyor to ensure compliance with
  building regulations and statutory requirements.
  
  
• All claims will be prepared and presented to the insurance company or its approved
  representative by our qualified personnel. We will negotiate settlement of the claims
  and where necessary, also arrange for interim payments.
  
  
• In the event that your premises are deemed to be uninhabitable by your insurers
  following an insured loss, we can assist you with the provision of alternative accommodation.
  
  
• In the event of a motor accident we will assist in the recovery of your damaged vehicle
  and also with the supply of a courtesy vehicle from the approved repairer.
  
  
• We can recommend the services if required, of a recognised solicitor to assist with
  any personal injury claims.
